Before heading up KomBea, Mr. Coombs served as the EVP, Business Development / Strategic Initiatives
for ICICI OneSource (now FirstSource) one of India's largest BPO/Contact Center outsourcers. Before
joining FirstSource Art was CEO and founder of Echopass Corporation, which built the world's premier
contact center hosting environment. Previously, he served as CEO of Sento Corp (SNTO). Prior to
joining Sento's management team, Art served as Managing Director and Vice President, European Business
Development for Sykes Enterprises. Art is also a widely published author of BPO/Contact Centers,
outsourcing and technical support methodologies. He is a recognized speaker at Support Center
conferences. In addition, Art worked for organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, VLSI Research and RasterOps.
Ronnie Johansen - VP, Operations
Ronnie Johansen has over 17 years in the software / contact-center industry. He served as the Director
of Contact Center Solutions at Intuit Corporation, playing a key role in defining and driving the company's
contact-center technology. Prior to Intuit, Mr. Johansen served as Vice President of Operations for Sento
Corporation, where he pioneered industry-leading solutions, including award-winning Web technologies, CRM
tools, and cost-deflection strategies. He is the former Director of Customer Service for Novell, Inc. in
the Netherlands, where he consolidated Novell's technical services operations from country-specific to
regional operations and drove Novell's EMEA service offerings. Prior to Novell, Mr. Johansen was the Director
of Software Internationalization at WordPerfect Corporation, where he filled a strategic role in designing
feature and functionality requirements for WordPerfect products, its software localization processes, and
linguistic tools development.
Dave Peachey - VP, Product Development
Dave Peachey has over 25 years developing and leading software developers. He has served in various
executive positions at Invensys Controls, including Chief Architect and VP Engineering, leading Six-Sigma
initiatives in lean design and manufacturing. He has also served as VP Engineering at Unity Systems. Prior
to this, he worked in the telecommunications industry developing the original PhoneMail voice mail system. He
has specialized in networking communications and protocols, and has developed customer support solutions
for various models, from resident consumers to large corporations, and has lead the incident mitigation
team for multi-million dollar recalls, reducing liability and saving millions of dollars.
Dennis Adsit - VP, Process Improvement Consulting
Dennis has been achieving breakthrough results with organizations for over 20 years. Most recently, he
was COO at Fathom Online, a search engine marketing company. Prior to Fathom, he was Senior Vice President
for Process Excellence and Call Center Operations at Intuit, where he drove dramatic change and tens of
millions of dollars in benefits. From 1995 to 2000, Dennis provided leadership counsel to top executives
in the area of Six Sigma quality improvement at Rath & Strong Management Consultants. In the early
90's, Dennis was a member the adjunct faculty of Northeastern University's School of Business where he
taught courses on leadership and human resources management. He has published articles in over a dozen
academic and trade journals.
