Dave Peachey David Fuller John Harvat Bob Iguchi Gerry Rogers Mike Trotter Dave Peachey - Advisory Board Chairman Dave Peachey has over 20 years experience in the software and controls industries. He has served in various executive positions at Invensys Controls, a division of Invensys plc, most recently as VP Engineering - Latin Americas, also as Chief Architect. Dave has spent the last 20 years in the home automation industry first working with custom solutions, but evolving to mass-market solutions. Prior to this, he worked extensively in the telecommunications industry developing the original PhoneMail voice mail system. He has specialized in networking, communications, and protocols. He has developed customer support solutions for various different models ranging from residential consumers to large corporations. He also built a business that delivered contract IT support to professional services firms such as attorney offices, VC firms, and doctor's offices. Dave has a degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. David Fuller - Advisory Board Member David Fuller brings 20 years of technology management, product marketing/management and call center industry experience to Kombea's Advisory Board. David is currently the managing director of strategic consulting and formerly served as senior product marketing director for Interactive Intelligence, a recognized leader in call center, enterprise telephony and unified communications solutions. David is an internationally recognized speaker on the topics of customer service, call centers, and the future of communications and is widely regarded as an expert in multimedia communications, IP telephony, knowledge management and call center technology and operations management. From 1998 to 1999, David served as chairman of the Call Center Net conference series and is a past member of the Environmental Management Information Systems Conference Advisory Committee. Prior to Interactive Intelligence, David held various IT and customer service/support management positions for Seagate Technology and Safety-Kleen. John Harvat - Advisory Board Member John Harvat was employed by KomBea Corporation from 2003 until 2006. John still advises KomBea on a part time basis regarding legal matters as an Advisory Board Member. John is currently Associate General Counsel for GameTech International. Prior to KomBea he was General Counsel for Dynix Corporation, an international high-tech developer of integrated software automation systems. In this role he was responsible for managing Dynix's worldwide legal matters in the company's North American, South American, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific areas of operation. He provided senior executives and members of Dynix's board of directors with counsel on significant legal issues affecting the company, including accounting, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, corporate licensing, strategic business development, human resources and litigation matters. He began his career with the Chicago law firm of Kuhn and Heap advising clients on and litigating matters in corporate, contract, and bankruptcy law. John received his law degree from John Marshall Law School and also holds an MBA degree. Bob Iguchi - Advisory Board Member Bob Iguchi has been associated for 26 years with such companies as Cisco Systems, Software Publishing Corporation, Spectra Physics, Ungerman-Bass, and Four Phase. At Cisco, Iguchi helped build the service organization resulting in a revenue growth from $240 million in 1996 to $800 million in 1998. Prior to Cisco, Iguchi was the Vice President of Sales and Service for Software Publishing Corporation (makers of Harvard Graphics). He was instrumental in changing the service, sales and support model for SPC. Iguchi was a pioneer in adopting an outsourcing model for technical support, customer service and sales. Iguchi developed and built the telesales strategy and organization within the North American Sales Organization which helped create a more efficient sales model for selling SPC software products. Iguchi currently serves as an advisor to internet and technology companies providing strategic counsel on internet product and sales/service strategy and operations. Gerry Rogers - Advisory Board Member Gerry Rogers currently is an Executive Consultant to Sykes Enterprises and also serves on advisory boards for the Georgia Institute of Technology, the University of Texas, and the Department of U.S. Homeland Security. Mr. Rogers retired from Sykes Enterprises in August of 2004 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, having served in a number of executive management positions since joining the company in 1999. Prior to joining Sykes, Gerry held various management positions with AT&T covering a 31 year career and retiring as General Manager - Business Markets in December 1998. He has more than 38 years experience in aspects of technology design and delivery, business process outsourcing, global infrastructure and international operations. An accomplished negotiator, Mr. Rogers served on multiple international trade commissions including the Texas Governor's Commission for International Trade, the Texas Association of Mexican-American Chambers of Commerce International Trade Council, the Pacific Basin Initiative, the Georgia Governor's International Trade Council and the Atlanta Olympic Organization Committee. Mr. Rogers holds degrees in Management Science and Business and Public Administration from the University of Texas. He has lectured on international marketing and technology at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Emory University, University of Texas, Texas A & M University, Rice University, Auburn University, and the University of South Florida. Mike Trotter - Advisory Board Member Mike Trotter is an accomplished executive, management consultant, researcher, teacher and author. He has assisted many companies to assess and adjust their business model to be more customer-centric. As a professor at Purdue University he is able to closely align the academic community with the corporate world as he exercises his passion for customer care. Mike has served as Executive Director with Purdue's Center for Customer-Driven Quality since fall 1999 and is active in teaching an undergraduate course in Customer Relationship Management. He also serves as advisor with a number of companies offering insight to the customer's perspective. He serves as council member for Fortune Magazine's business forum. As an internationally recognized speaker and consultant on customer centricity, customer relationship management and customer contact center operations, he is called to speak at conferences around the world. He is a recognized author of white papers on CRM for many of the large consulting firms and has authored articles relating to a variety of aspects of customer centricity and customer relationship management. Prior to joining the Purdue Center, Mike spent 12+ years managing and leading call center and customer contact centers. He served in senior customer care management and leadership roles with Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, and Ruppmand Marketing Techologies / AFFINA Corporation, where he focused on all aspects of customer contact and delivering the highest quality customer access. He is an experienced operations leader and executive and has been involved in both operations / process redesign. He has consulted with companies to design, build and continually assess outsource operations both on shore and offshore. |
